Bahookie are all professional musicians who are in demand across many genres. The band also contains graduates of the prestigious Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow……Bahookie headlined the 2009 St Andrew’s night “SHINDIG” ceilidh event and supported Deacon Blue at Glasgow’s Hogmanay LIVE in Glasgow’s George Square in front of thousands of revellers….Bahookie Members can be seen regularly performing with the likes of the RSNO, Orchestra of Scottish Opera, and also at Celtic Connections and Tartan Week in New York to name but a few…..Scotty, our drummer has played “Walk on the Wild Side” live with Lou Reed which has to be an all time claim to fame!
